Do you accept insurance?

I accept most HSA/FSA but do not accept insurance so I can provide more flexible, personalized support without limitations. This allows me to create a fully customized plan just for you without being restricted by insurances guidelines or referral requirements.

Is this a one size fits all plan?

Absolutely not. This is program based on your bio-individual needs and goals. Each client has a fully customized plan to fit their likes, dislikes, abilities in the kitchen, time available and family dynamics.

Do I have to give up food groups?

This is a great worry for a lot of potential clients. The answer is, unless it's making you sick, no. We eat chocolate, desserts, muffins, cookies, etc. Food is meant to be ENJOYED! I will teach you how to eat in a way that its truly a treat vs something that makes you feel sick or remorseful.

Can I lose weight without exercise?

Absolutely. Total health is 80% diet and 20% exercise. I get that a lot of people don't like exercise, so we can start with food and more than likely once your weight is balanced and energy is up you may be more ready to get your body moving again.
